At TayPlay, we are committed to providing a welcoming and supportive environment where children can have fun, feel valued and enjoy new experiences. TayPlay is a mainstream holiday activity camp and is not a specialist SEND provision. Our camps are designed around group-based activities and a structured daily programme, so there are some limits to the level of individual support our team is able to provide.

Due to the structured nature of our activity camps, which include set routines, group activities and transitions throughout the day, we understand that some children may find the TayPlay environment more challenging. If you feel your child may need time to adjust to the TayPlay environment, we recommend booking one day at a time. This gives them the opportunity to experience how our activity camps are run before making further bookings. Our standard cancellation policy applies to all bookings.

To attend TayPlay, children must be verbal and fully independent with toileting and personal care, as our team are unable to provide toileting or personal care support.

We are also unable to provide one-to-one (1:1) support. If your child requires 1:1 support or a level of provision beyond what we can provide within our mainstream camp environment, please contact us via the form before making a booking so we can discuss your child's individual needs.
